I'm so well rested right now I can climb mount Everest, as compared to last week when I couldn't squeeze lotion out of the container due to sleep deprivation.

And the cause of that? Self inflicted late nights only to be up early the next day. But it was worth it, I got to be on location with my people at Current TV and watch/help/contribute to a three day shoot of programme wraps in an old biscuit factory somewhere in London.

The location was brilliant for the theme of programmes the wraps where for. Although cold in the basement the experience was one not to be missed. Decorating the set, setting up shots, giving the talent (haha...sorry Graeme) minor fashion tips, re writing scripts, networking exchanging business cards and phone numbers, emails, face books etc. It pretty much solidified in my mind that media IS the industry for me.
